A discussion and practical based session, covering how we develop ‘good’ or ‘bad’ posture, what ‘good’ or ‘bad’ posture is and what our individual lifestyles or ‘body stories’ tell us about why we move in the way we do. The practical element of the session hopes to highlight how the muscular connections in the body effect one and other in a ‘domino effect’ and also work with primal movement to explore our body’s movement ability stripped right back to how it was designed to move. The session will finish with a Q&A for any questions related to specific issues and a practical demonstration of how to help.
