We hear more and more about the healing benefits of nature. In the next factsheet we list some of the reasons why it is so beneficial to connect with nature to help reduce feelings of stress or overwhelm. If you do not have direct access to a green space or parkland, even watching nature programmes or listening to audios of sound in nature can induce calm in both mind and body. If you are able, we would recommend going outdoors every day, even for just 5 minutes.
