Nutrition Course – £20
The nutrition course is ideal for anyone who is looking to expand their knowledge and learn how to make their meals the healthiest they have been. It is a mixture of video content and written to suit every individuals preference.
Not only does a healthy diet contribute to maintaining a healthy weight, it makes you more positive, improving your memory and productivity, strengthens your bones, helps to prevent/fight chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer etc and provides you with more energy overall. Having a good understanding on nutrition will also benefit those around you, especially if you have growing children or you frequently cook for people around you.
What is included?
This course is broken down into 7 sections; Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner, Recipes, Meal Planning and Creating the right meal.
Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner:
These sections include demonstrations of some healthy meals to create, inspiration food menu’s and expert knowledge of what we should be eating, when we should be eating and top tips. There are also some great ‘energy blast’ smoothie recipes for you to try in the snack section.

This section includes a video from one of our nutritional practitioners speaking to you about how we can help ourselves by creating a store cupboard full of nutrient rich foods, so we always have enough ingredients to make a meal even on those days we are not able to shop or do not have the energy. It also includes a downloadable meal plan and shopping list print out for you to have at home.
Creating the right meal
This section aims to educate you on what to include in each meal and the benefits of different foods. Being clued up on the benefit on different foods can help you put together a healthy meal, even when you’re in a rush or tired. You will also learn that a lot of foods that you put in your meals are highly nutritious, meaning you will automatically feel healthier.
