Relaxation and Massage Workshop
Please find a comfy and supportive chair, one ideally without arms, where your feet can be flat on the floor (or use a book or box to help rest your feet). A small rolled up towel can be used to give support in your lower back if needed.
Jane has worked in holistic therapies and sports massage. She became a beneficiary of Salus’ when she experienced first hand the effects of fatigue from fibromyalgia. She is passionate about making a difference to the health and wellbeing of others and has created links and partnerships in both public and private sectors to enable greater access to help and support for those experiencing fatigue
