Understanding the mind

Starting the year in a positive way Workshop with new habits to adopt

Michelle is a Professional/Clinical Hypnotherapist who trained with Jacqueline Panchaud, founder of the College of Inspirational Hypnotherapy based in West Sussex. She first became interested in Hypnotherapy in 2007 when she began suffering from debilitating Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity. After using Hypnotherapy she was able to begin living a normal life again and so when she was later diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2010 she turned to Hypnotherapy once more to help her deal with undergoing chemotherapy. She decided to become a hypnotherapist herself in order to help other people to make positive changes and to take steps towards a healthier, happier, and more satisfying life.

So why is it important to understand how your mind works? Because, ultimately, that knowledge gives you much more control over how to use the combined power of your conscious and unconscious minds to think in a more healthy, flexible, resilient, and positive way.
