Digital Workshop TOOLKIT

Creating a menopause group is a great way to support those experiencing peri/menopause. It provides a space to learn about symptoms, management strategies, and the changes that occur, helping individuals feel more informed and in control.

Menopause can feel isolating, but a group fosters connection, allowing people to share experiences and support one another in a safe and understanding environment. It also helps break down stigma, encouraging open discussions about often-overlooked topics and increasing awareness within the community.
