About the course

Our courses are designed to empower you and help you manage your fatigue. In this course we will cover the role of the mind in fatigue management. Helping the mind stay healthy can resolve issues with physical, emotional and social wellbeing. These in turn can help support your levels of fatigue.

By understanding how our minds work and the importance of a healthy mood we can develop healthy routines which become healthy habits and take greater responsibility for our self-care management and focus on what we do have in life rather than what we feel we may be lacking.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act as we cope with life. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.

This course is for all those wishing to improve their fatigue levels, energy levels, stress levels, brain fog and mood. This will give you a greater understanding on how our minds work and the importance of a healthy mood. The course is broken down into 8 different sections made up of interesting content to read and different exercises to complete. This will also include optional worksheets to print out.
