Sleep Course
About the course
We spend about a third of our lives asleep. Sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge- It is as important to our bodies as eating, drinking and breathing, and is vital for maintaining good mental and physical health.
We have all been there, snoozing our alarm 5 times before finally dragging ourselves out of bed into the shower and rushing out the door. A bad nights sleep can leave you feeling irritable, unable to concentrate and can contribute to weight gain. You begin to crave the pick-me-up whether that be sugar, caffeine or endless carbs longing for the moment you can crawl back under than nice warm duvet.
Not ideal.
So this course has been designed to educate you on everything to do with sleep. It will give you bespoke knowledge from our qualified team on getting a better nights sleep leading to more energy during the day. Our courses are designed to empower you and help you manage your fatigue. In this course we will cover the importance of sleep in supporting your immunity, your energy levels and your memory and mood.
The course is a mixture of both video and written content, broken down into 4 sections: understanding sleep, getting to sleep, sleep and nutrition and sleep hypnosis/ meditation. All information is delivered by our qualified health practitioners.
