About the course

Our courses are designed to empower you and help you manage your fatigue. In this course, we will look at how to manage your fatigue over the course of 90 days. But you can work through it at your own pace, revisiting any content as and when you need to.

The Hub has been designed to help you pace your wellbeing journey and take one positive step at a time. There is a checklist in each module which will automatically tick the videos that you have watched. Once you have watched all of the content, the next module will be made available to you.  We suggest you select the areas which resonate most strongly with you first and implement those at a pace that feels right for you.

The main things you will learn are; how to manage your fatigue day by day. Recipes, pacing tips, help with sleep, meditations, movement, nutritional advice, how the conscious mind can impact energy levels and fatigue, and much more. This course is for all those wishing to improve their fatigue levels, energy levels, stress levels, brain fog, and mood. Understanding how fatigue can be gently supported and managed.

All of our services are delivered by qualified health practitioners. We do not provide, advocate, or promote the use of services that claim to provide a cure or imply they provide medically approved relief from symptoms experienced through fatigue-related conditions.

Sally Abrol

Sally is fascinated by the power of the mind and has been since the significant relationships in her life started to breakdown. At that time, Sally was teaching and thinking very much with a conscious mind. This struggle took her on a journey of discovery where she became aware of the power of the unconscious mind through hypnotherapy. Quite simply, it changed her life and hasn’t looked back since that time. Obtaining a qualification in clinical hypnotherapy together with my teaching experience has given her a unique ability and insight to support others who have found themselves struggling with life. Hypnotherapy was like a release from the burden of her life’s struggles and that is the gift that Sally want’s to share.
