Gentle Hip Flow 1
In this 15 minute flow we focus on gently opening up the hips and the lower body. I recommend you have a yoga strap to hand but if you don’t have them you can use a belt or long sock. This video can be paired with the ‘hip gentle evening flow’ and used as Part 1 to make a longer hip based class.

This 15 minute gentle flow focuses on opening the hips and hamstrings. I recommend a yoga brick and strap but if you don’t have them you can use a pillow and a belt. This video can be combined with the hips gentle flow 1 video to make a longer yoga session or used as a stand alone practice.
