Jane joined the Salus Community as a beneficiary in 2016 when she experienced first-hand the effects of Fatigue from Fibromyalgia. Previously Jane worked in secondary schools teaching PE, French, and Sports Science for 26 years and also has in-depth experience in holistic therapies, Thai Chi/ Qui Gong, and sports massage.

Jane is passionate about making a difference in the health and wellbeing of others and has created links and partnerships in both public and private sectors to enable greater access to help and support for those affected by Fatigue. She has a keen interest in nutrition and in positive movement especially yoga, also loving the benefits walking in nature can bring. Jane’s determination to make a difference in people’s lives shines through in everything that she does.
