Wendy is a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist specialising in female hormone health. After spending many years working in the building industry and worrying about the impact the long hours and stress were having on her health she decided to retrain with the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Wendy is a big foodie and loves to cook and has presented many of our recipe corner videos. She loves being part of the Salus team and sharing her knowledge in a down to earth and approachable way. Nutrition and lifestyle play a vital role in improving our health and vitality, and she works with clients to find solutions that work around their needs.
