Terms and Conditions
Salus Fatigue Foundation (“Salus”, “we” or “our”) is a charitable not for profit organisation that provides long term support, education and assistance to inspire people living with fatigue related conditions to improve their health and wellbeing. We have 10 years’ experience of working with people who have fatigue and fatigue related conditions.
We provide a range of support services to the community through the delivery of structured and informal support groups and events aimed at improving the general health and wellbeing of people, their family and carers.
We also provide general information about managing symptoms relating to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (“CFS”), Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (“ME”) and Fibromyalgia. Thorough our experience we understand that it is not only people who have been diagnosed with CFS or ME that are affected by fatigue and fatigue related symptoms but a range of other conditions also, such as anxiety and depression, brain injuries, cancer, hormonal and post-traumatic stress.
Our vision is a world in which every person affected by fatigue has access to positive support and the opportunity to participate in all aspects of life. We aim to promote and protect the good health of people who live with fatigue and related conditions, through advice, workshops, support and the Fatigue Wellbeing Hub (the “Hub”).
The Hub has been shaped after 10 years’ experience. We have listened to feedback from people who have accessed our support and we have designed a platform that provides access to all of our support, education and services (the “Hub Services”).
We reserve the right to vary and withdraw any individual elements of the Hub Services, and the Hub Services are provided in English. To access the Hub, please refer to https://my.salus.org.uk/sign-up/.
Once your Order is placed, you will receive an email from or on behalf of Salus acknowledging and accepting your Order. From this date, you will have access to the Hub Services.
Charges and Payment
In consideration of Salus providing the Hub Services you must pay our charge (“Charge”) in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Charge is the price quoted on our site at the time you submit our Order.
The Charge for the Hub Services will be on the date your Order is confirmed, and subsequent monthly payments will be taken on that date each month thereafter until the Hub Services are cancelled by you.
Cancellation of Order
Following acceptance of an Order, you are entitled to change your mind and cancel within 14 days from the date of the Order being accepted (the “Cooling Off Period”) where you will be entitled to a full refund.
However, if you access or download the Hub Services within the Cooling Off Period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel the Order within the Cooling Off Period for a full refund has been lost.
Following the expiry of the Cooling Off Period, you are entitled to cancel the Hub Services by giving 30 days notice by email to Salus at email@example.com marking clearly your request to cancel in the subject section of the email.
