introduction

As we will discover, we are designed to deal with some stress. With our modern lifestyle, we often find we can become overloaded with the busyness of life and overwhelmed with things we think we should be doing or achieving, albeit personally or professionally.

The first step is recognising the things in life we do control and those things we have no control over. By acknowledging and letting go of the things we cannot control we remove potential stressors and are able to focus our time and energy on the things we can control.

SALUS GUIDELINES & RECOMMENDATIONS

We encourage people to take self-responsibility for implementing our recommendations at a pace appropriate for their current health condition. This may change over time and it is the responsibility of the individual to adjust as they see fit.

We encourage people to continue to seek advice from their own GP and other appropriately qualified medical and wellbeing practitioners and specialists. Having provided support to people experiencing fatigue since 2009, Salus recommends some key points that appear to support health and reduce symptoms associated with fatigue related conditions.
